Welcome!
At Restored Psychiatry and Wellness, we believe that healing is possible — that what has been broken can be made whole again. Our name reflects our deep belief that God restores — not just to the original state, but to something even better. This guiding principle inspires everything we do and reminds us that every person who walks through our doors has hope for renewal and restoration.

We provide compassionate, individualized mental health care with a focus on medication management, helping patients navigate conditions such as depression, anxiety, and mood disorders. In addition to traditional treatments, we offer Spravato® (nasal ketamine) and IV nutrition therapy, providing innovative, evidence-based options that support mind and body healing.

Our team takes the time to listen, to understand each patient’s story, and to look beyond symptoms to uncover the root causes of emotional and physical challenges. We integrate supplement and nutrition-based therapies into our care plans, believing in a holistic approach that supports the whole person—body, mind, and spirit.

At Restored Psychiatry and Wellness, we strive to create a place where everyone feels welcome, heard, and valued. It is our mission to walk alongside you on your journey toward renewed health, peace, and purpose — trusting that restoration is always possible.

God is within her
SHE WILL NOT FALL.

About Patty Ferlitsch
MSN, ARNP, PMHNP-BC
I’m Patty Ferlitsch, a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to helping my patients achieve balance, peace, and overall well-being. My approach to mental health care is holistic—I believe in treating the whole person, not just the diagnosis.

I take the time to truly listen to each patient’s story and work together to develop an individualized care plan that fits their unique goals and lifestyle. My treatment philosophy often combines traditional psychiatric care with supplements, nutrition, and lifestyle strategies to support both mind and body.

I’m also a Certified Irlen Screener, which allows me to help individuals with perceptual processing disorders improve comfort and function in daily life. I treat a variety of conditions including ADHD, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, PTSD, postpartum depression, women’s mental health concerns, and schizophrenia.

For patients who may benefit from it, I offer Spravato® (nasal ketamine) treatment in my clinic—providing a safe, supportive, and healing space for those exploring alternative options for depression.

My clinic is designed to feel warm, welcoming, and peaceful—a place where everyone who walks through the door feels seen, heard, and supported. We also offer IV nutrition therapy to promote overall wellness and vitality.

My goal is to help each person I work with feel empowered, understood, and equipped with the tools they need to live a healthier, more fulfilling life.

About Dr. Manmohan Singh
MD, DLFAPA
Medical Director & Supervising Physician

As a psychiatrist, my goal has always been to help each patient find hope, healing, and balance. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of treating a wide range of psychiatric conditions, with particular expertise in bipolar disorder, depression, and anxiety disorders. I believe that effective treatment begins with truly understanding each person’s unique story — their experiences, struggles, and goals — so that together we can create a path toward lasting wellness.

As the Medical Director and Supervising Physician of our clinic, I am deeply committed to ensuring that every patient receives the highest standard of care. I work closely with our team to foster a supportive, patient-centered environment where compassion and evidence-based medicine go hand in hand.
What drives me most in my work is the opportunity to make a real difference in people’s lives. I take the time to listen — not only to symptoms, but to the human being behind them. My approach is guided by empathy, respect, and the belief that every patient deserves to be heard, understood, and supported in their journey toward recovery and resilience.
